Custom work

Because orders are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once production has started. Before that point, cancel freely.

Our mistakes are ours

If the piece arrives with a defect in our work, or does not match the confirmed specification - size, material, finish - tell us within 3 days of pickup or delivery. We remake it at no cost, or refund it. Photos help us fix it fast.

Your file, printed faithfully

We print what the file contains. Issues that come from the design itself - resolution, colours as designed, geometry that cannot survive printing - are not defects, and our staff try to flag them before production.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back the way you paid: cash refunds in the shop, transfer refunds to the same account. Every refund is recorded against your order and shows in your order history.

Ready-made store items

Unused store items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
