What we collect

An account needs a name, an email address, and optionally a phone number. Orders store what you asked us to make. The 3D estimator stores files you upload so we can measure and print them. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and remember your language. That is the list.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your details with anyone, we run no advertising or tracking scripts, and we send no marketing email. The only emails you receive are about your account and your orders.

Uploaded files

Design and model files are used to quote and produce your order, and are visible only to you and our staff. Files uploaded without an account are deleted automatically within 24 hours if no order is placed.

Payments

When you pay in cash or by bank transfer we record the amount, date, and method against your order. We do not see or store card numbers; if online card payment is offered, it is handled entirely by a licensed payment provider.

How long we keep things

Orders and their files are kept while your account exists, so you can reorder and we can honour our work. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Staff and admin accounts require two-factor authentication. Access to your orders is limited to you and the staff working on them.
