Estimates and final prices

The price you see in an estimator is an honest estimate built from your inputs. Before production begins, our staff check the real file and confirm the final price. If it differs from the estimate, you approve the new price before we start - nothing is made at a price you have not seen.

Made to order

Almost everything we sell is made specifically for you. Production starts only after you approve the confirmed price.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order any time before it is confirmed for production. After confirmation, materials are cut and machines are booked, so cancellation is at our discretion - talk to us and we will be fair.

Your files

You confirm you have the right to the designs and files you upload. We will not print material that infringes someone else's work, and we may decline a job on those grounds.

Payment

Orders are paid in cash on pickup or by bank transfer unless agreed otherwise. An order may be held until payment is settled.

Our promise

If we made it wrong - wrong size, wrong material, defects in our work - we remake it or refund it. See the refund policy for details.
